## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from sourcing through offer close.
- Build and manage pipelines of passive technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Ashby, and outbound outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and technical profiles.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview loops.
- Maintain clean ATS data and provide updates on funnel health, outreach performance, and time-to-hire.
- Advise on offer strategy and help close competitive candidates.

## Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or agency supporting technology clients.
- Ability to ramp quickly with limited context and manage open roles independently.
- Technical curiosity and the ability to hold credible conversations with engineers.
- Strong urgency, judgment, organization, and proactive communication.
- Interest in a long-term opportunity and potential conversion to a permanent role.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience recruiting for ML, AI infrastructure, or developer tooling roles.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, or similar sourcing and ATS platforms.
- Experience closing competitive offers against Big Tech or well-funded AI labs.
- Prior contract-to-hire experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Contract-to-hire engagement, starting as an independent contractor (1099).
- Initial 3-month duration with the intent to convert to full-time.
- 40 hours per week.
- Competitive rate commensurate with experience.
- Full-time benefits and equity are not included during the contract period but will be part of the full-time offer upon conversion.
