## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for complex, hard-to-fill positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, sourcing campaigns, Google X-Ray searches, event attendee lists, and other sources.
- Promote job openings internally and collaborate with employees to identify talent through their networks.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, tracking progress and sharing updates with stakeholders.
- Research creative channels for discovering overlooked and diverse talent.
- Map talent markets, including talent movement, attrition, and companies employing target candidates.
- Support event and project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting, and stakeholder engagement.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting team, including high-volume recruiting.
- Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, urgency, and ability to work independently across multiple roles.
- Demonstrated ability to engage passive candidates and convert prospects into candidates.
- Tenacity, creativity, innovation, intellectual curiosity, and results orientation.
