## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the embedded GTM Engineering partner for Solutions, Partnerships, and Education teams.
- Build and own partner and ecosystem workflow automations, including partner identification, co-selling, registration, and account intelligence.
- Extend the platform into new use cases, provide product feedback, dogfood new features, and act as a practitioner evangelist of Clay infrastructure and GTM Engineering.
- Partner with GTM leaders and frontline teams to understand current revenue motions and identify breakdowns.
- Own projects end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping through rollout, adoption, and iteration.
- Identify opportunities to automate, augment, or redesign workflows using AI, data, and improved systems design.
- Design systems that improve speed, visibility, data quality, and execution across the funnel.
- Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation layers.
- Measure performance, adoption, and business impact, then improve systems over time.
- Act as an internal thought partner on the future of AI-native GTM systems.

## Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience across RevOps, GTM Engineering, or a similar applied technical discipline.
- At least 3 years in RevOps, Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Experience building, developing, or connecting Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems.
- Hands-on experience with partner relationship management or similar systems.
- Ability to build and problem-solve using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or TypeScript.
- Track record of deploying AI-powered internal tools, automations, or agentic workflows.
- Experience with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate technical topics to nontechnical audiences and business requirements to technical teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fluid, and hypergrowth environments.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience building in Clay as a primary workflow or enrichment layer.
- Experience in analytics engineering or data science.
- Additional programming experience.
