## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and own critical external integrations (ATS, mailbox, SSO) to help customers get value from Juicebox quickly and reliably.
- Work on integration logic, debugging sync issues, handling edge cases, and developing scalable patterns around complex external dependencies.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and real-world customer workflows.
- Solve ambiguous technical problems and work across systems and stakeholders.

## Requirements
- Strong engineering fundamentals and comfort working in code.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SSO, or third-party integrations.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong debugging instincts.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- High ownership and persistence in ambiguous environments.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with ATS or HR tech systems.
- Experience working on mailbox, identity, or integration-heavy products.
- Experience in a startup or highly cross-functional technical role.
