## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Analyze and optimize SpotHero's parking supply across multiple major markets.
- Balance partner needs with SpotHero offerings to develop optimal solutions for all stakeholders.
- Develop and nurture productive long-term client and industry relationships.
- Lead prospective and existing clients to SpotHero's product offerings through tailored commercial insights and a consultative approach.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Field Operations functions to ensure existing partner operations run smoothly.
- Onboard and train new clients, and empower clients to manage day-to-day requests, including incorrect rates and refunds, through SpotHero's account management tools.
- Establish regular communication cadences with clients, including informal check-ins and formal business reviews, typically quarterly or based on account analysis and operator needs.
- Host or travel to client meetings, events, and social gatherings.
- Attend industry-related conferences and tradeshows as applicable.
- Represent SpotHero and build brand awareness.
- Stay current on industry trends.
- Identify and research prospective leads at events.
- Build and strengthen client relationships through social events.
- Secure and safeguard data, preserve its integrity, reliability, and availability, and maintain appropriate access levels.
- Work with Region Managers to develop junior team members and serve as a team leader.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal processes.

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of experience in sales and account management.
- Proven consultative sales and solution skills, with the ability to understand client needs.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to travel and meet clients in person locally.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a focus on achieving new goals.
- Ability to maintain high productivity while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Desire to work collaboratively with others.
- Demonstrated mentoring and leadership skills.

## Nice to Haves

- CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.
- BI tool experience; Looker preferred.
- Parking industry experience.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Base salary in British Columbia of **CA$75,200–$94,000**, depending on skill set and experience.
