## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own paid social programs end-to-end across LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit, and emerging platforms, from creative briefing through launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Scale an EMEA paid social motion, adapting targeting, creative, budget pacing, currencies, and compliance practices to local markets.
- Partner with EMEA sales leadership to align spend with pipeline opportunity by market and segment.
- Connect paid social spend to pipeline and revenue by market and channel, using data-driven attribution rather than activity metrics alone.
- Run structured experiments across creative, audiences, and channels, and turn successful approaches into repeatable playbooks.
- Support adjacent demand generation work, including ABM, landing pages, and email.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience with a clear specialization in paid social.
- Experience with paid social platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, or similar.
- Experience managing six-figure or larger monthly paid social budgets and allocating spend across campaigns, audiences, and markets.
- Experience running or scaling paid social programs in EMEA, including familiarity with local currencies, buying behavior, creative and targeting nuances, and GDPR compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience connecting spend by market and channel to pipeline and revenue.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with regional sales teams.
- Ability to contribute to adjacent demand generation initiatives such as ABM, landing pages, and email.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Clay or similar audience-building tools.
- Experience launching a paid social program in a new region from scratch.
- Fluency in a European language relevant to key EMEA markets, including the UK, DACH, France, Benelux, or the Nordics.
- Perspective on emerging paid social channels or formats to test in EMEA.
