## Job Description

## What we’re looking for

**Experience:**
- At least 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth startups or DevTool / AI companies
- Experience hiring technical talent (especially engineers) is essential

**Startup mindset:**
- Comfortable operating in early-stage environments where speed, autonomy, and ownership matter
- Enjoy building processes where none exist and iterating quickly

**Technical recruiting expertise:**
- Proven ability to source and close strong engineering candidates in competitive markets
- Understand developer profiles, technical hiring signals, and how to engage top technical talent

**End-to-end ownership:**
- Run the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing strategy and outreach to interview design, candidate experience, and closing

**Talent strategy:**
- Partner with founders and leaders to define hiring plans, role scorecards, and structured hiring processes

**Relationship building:**
- Strong ability to build trust with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers

**Operational excellence:**
- Organized, data-driven, and able to build systems that scale as the company grows
