## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Identify manual work suitable for AI automation and build AI workflows, agents, and internal tooling to eliminate repetitive steps across finance and operations.
- Track infrastructure and vendor costs, analyze spending, flag anomalies, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
- Create and maintain KPI dashboards, board materials, and recurring reports covering revenue, pipeline, burn, headcount, and other operating metrics.
- Support Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success with pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and GTM reporting.
- Support Engineering and Design with headcount and hiring plans, tooling, and operating rhythms.
- Lead cross-functional projects end to end, including pricing analyses, market sizing, competitive research, and fundraising preparation.
- Own vendor onboarding and payments, customer invoicing, billing accuracy, collections follow-up, expense workflows, monthly close, cash tracking, and budget-versus-actuals.
- Partner with the COO and Chief of Staff to prioritize company-wide operational work.

## Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in a high-paced environment; MBB, investment banking, or similar experience required.
- Demonstrated use of LLMs and AI agents to build solutions and increase personal productivity.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling company finances.
- Strong written and verbal communication across Finance, GTM, and Engineering.
- Bias toward action, ownership of ambiguous problems, and comfort with frequent context switching.
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate immediately.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in insurtech, fintech, B2B SaaS, or another high-growth technology company.
- Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Ramp, Rippling, or similar financial systems.
- Experience with Looker, Retool, Sigma, Zapier, or similar BI and internal-tooling platforms.
- Prior startup or founder experience.
- Exposure to sales or GTM operations and/or engineering program management.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year.
