## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with 2-3 Account Executives and support multiple active customer opportunities across the Enterprise segment
- Guide customers through the Webflow evaluation process ensuring solutions meet business objectives and technical requirements
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development
- Present effective stories through demonstrations highlighting Webflow benefits
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives
- Travel up to 25%

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Consultative approach with passion for helping customers solve problems
- Strong storytelling within discovery and/or product demo sessions

## Compensation & Benefits
- United States OTE ranges (USD):
  - Zone A: $208,500 - $245,000
  - Zone B: $194,000 - $228,000
  - Zone C: $182,000 - $214,000
- Canada (CAD, ON & BC): 200,000 - 235,000
