## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Distill ambiguous, technical customer feedback into product direction.
- Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, product marketing, and others to deliver and continuously improve the product experience.
- Communicate product direction internally to sales and marketing, and externally to customers in sales conversations and the community.
- Work with founders and leadership to set product strategy for Census, Fivetran, and the broader data ecosystem.

## Requirements
- Proven history of delivering successful and innovative software products related to data or data infrastructure.
- Demonstrated understanding of data and operations personas.
- Experience managing a multifaceted product roadmap and collaborating directly with Engineering and Design teams to prioritize and execute a bold product vision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and drive strategy internally.
- Passion for working with technical customers to understand their pain points, improve the product, and share its vision.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Oakland pay range: **$243,936–$304,920 USD**.
