## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of junior traders, grooming them into high-caliber contributors.
- Serve as a point of escalation for system or process failures.
- Design processes and technology, then coordinate implementation.
- Develop market microstructure expertise across regions and asset classes.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers on production trading operations.
- Interface with external brokers or counterparties.
- Lead strategic projects as appropriate.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systematic trading operations and a passion for markets.
- Leadership experience.
- A process-oriented approach to trading and zero tolerance for errors.
- Technical background in Python, capable of designing production technology.
- Demonstrable clarity of thought and high-quality communication.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
