> The VP of Marketing will build and lead Campfire’s marketing function, owning demand generation, brand, product marketing, communications, and pipeline growth. The role requires a metrics-driven B2B SaaS marketing leader who can build a team and scale mid-market and enterprise demand.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own marketing strategy end to end, including demand generation, pipeline, brand, product marketing, and communications.
- Build a repeatable, measurable demand engine that generates and accelerates pipeline for the sales team.
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Partner with Sales and Product to sharpen positioning for technical, high-consideration buyers and drive efficient growth.
- Establish metrics, systems, and an operating rhythm that enable marketing to scale predictably.
- Tell the company’s story to the market and clarify its new ERP category.

## Requirements
- Track record of building and scaling demand at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, particularly through demand generation, account-based marketing, or integrated marketing.
- Experience driving pipeline and revenue in mid-market and lower-enterprise sales motions, with the ability to grow deal sizes as the company moves upmarket.
- Proven ability to build a team from the ground up and attract exceptional talent.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving quickly, setting strategy, and executing in detail.
- Rigorous, metrics-driven approach combined with creative instincts for brand and storytelling.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience marketing a system-of-record, finance, or back-office platform.
