## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide second-level technical support for US-based customers.
- Own customer cases and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Help customers use Armis products effectively.
- Participate in projects within and across teams to create company-wide impact.
- Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Solution Architects, Product, Customer Success, and other teams to support customer onboarding, deployment, and ongoing development.

## Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Industry experience in cybersecurity, particularly network security or application security.
- Experience supporting enterprise customer accounts.
- Technical networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and the application layer.
- Experience supporting Linux-based products.
- Ability to compose SQL queries and work with databases.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills when working with customers.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
- BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
