## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the product and business testing roadmap, including test setup, hypotheses, readouts, and coordination across multiple concurrent tests.
- Manage analytics instrumentation, identifying and fixing missing or incorrect tracking.
- Identify data-driven opportunities that inform product and business strategy.
- Communicate insights and evangelize data across the organization.
- Own and develop the data pipeline roadmap to improve visibility into user behavior and platform performance.
- Facilitate collection and reporting of company KPIs and validate their accuracy.
- Contribute data expertise to team planning and roadmapping.
- Support industry and brand thought leadership through co-published and independent research and analysis.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing and researching product analytics, or a master's degree in statistics or a related field.
- Experience in a CI/CD environment.
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently manage a roadmap.
- Experience with A/B feature testing and price testing, such as conjoint analysis.
- Ability to use AI tools to improve analytical productivity.

## Nice-to-haves
- Ability to conduct qualitative UX research.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $140,000–$240,000.
