## Job Description

## Things You Get To Do

- Build and manage a globally distributed team of trade ops associates providing 24/5 service coverage
- Directly engage with customers, providing world-class service
- Review, identify and resolve trade differences
- Process trade corrections and cancellations
- Perform inventory account reconciliation
- Provide input into new procedures and processes as well as revisions to existing operations procedures
- Manage the trading desk (internal market maker) and work with engineering to build and monitor trading systems performing automated hedging strategies
- Manage global fiat banking relationships
- Maintain relationships with liquidity providers, token projects and vendors
- Assist with financial and regulatory audits
- Work closely with engineering to bring industry-leading crypto products to market

## Who You Are (Must-Haves)

- Experienced running middle/back office trade operations for a brokerage or crypto exchange
- Built and managed a globally distributed customer service focused team providing world-class 24/5 service coverage
- Experience trading crypto professionally
- Experience in US crypto regulations

## Who You Might Be (Nice-To-Haves)

- Quant research or have previously run a trading desk
- Entrepreneurial experience as co-founder / founding team of a startup
- Operated within a SOC 1/2 Type 2 certified environment
