## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers end-to-end, including adoption, retention, expansion, and overall account health.
- Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, from ML engineers to engineering leaders.
- Drive faster time-to-value, smooth workload scaling, and customer expansion.
- Understand customer training and inference workloads, infrastructure requirements, and performance bottlenecks.
- Partner with engineering teams on cluster performance, capacity planning, workload optimization, and migrations.
- Translate customer needs into prioritized feedback for Engineering and Product.
- Identify expansion opportunities, anticipate scaling needs, and drive adoption of new products and compute capacity.
- Partner with Sales on renewals and growth motions.
- Track account economics with Finance and Compute teams.
- Handle customer-facing operational issues, including usage questions, capacity changes, SLA tracking, and incident communications.
- Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Finance, and customer stakeholders.

## Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or an adjacent role at an infrastructure, cloud, or AI/ML company.
- Strong technical fluency, including reading dashboards, discussing infrastructure architecture, and engaging directly with customer engineering teams.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to drive expansion alongside technical outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High ownership, judgment, customer empathy, and comfort working in ambiguity and at speed.
- Use of LLMs, automation, and programmatic tools to work efficiently.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience at a cloud provider, AI infrastructure company, or compute marketplace.
- Familiarity with GPU economics, training and inference workloads, or compute consumption patterns.
- TAM or Solutions Architect experience at AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or a specialized cloud provider.
- Working knowledge of usage-based pricing, capacity commitments, and consumption-based contracts.
- Experience as an early Customer Success hire at a high-growth company.

- Cash compensation: $160,000–$200,000 plus meaningful equity.
