## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own brand design projects from creative brief through final delivery with limited guidance.
- Design high-quality creative assets for web, campaigns, events, social media, presentations, product marketing, and internal communications.
- Apply and thoughtfully extend the visual identity across new formats and channels.
- Create reusable templates, design systems, and creative processes that improve consistency and efficiency.
- Partner with Growth, Web, Product Marketing, Content, and Developer Relations teams.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- Balance multiple projects while delivering polished, production-ready work.
- Improve the quality, scalability, and effectiveness of creative work.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong foundations in color theory, accessibility, typography, layout, and storytelling.
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience designing for digital marketing, websites, campaigns, and brand systems.
- Strong understanding of production-ready design across digital and print.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
- Experience collaborating with marketers, writers, developers, and designers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Interest in learning about technical networking.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS or developer-focused products.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Motion design or animation experience.
- Illustration or icon design experience.
- Basic HTML/CSS and web design knowledge.
- Experience with experimentation, conversion optimization, or growth marketing.
- Startup or scale-up experience.
- Art direction or mentoring experience.
