## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the Internal Communications partner for the People Success team, owning communications strategy for People programs and company-wide rollouts.
- Advise the Chief People Officer and senior People leaders on high-stakes communications, including organizational changes, policy shifts, leadership transitions, and major announcements.
- Own internal communications for the People Success team, including monthly town halls, leadership communications, and team-awareness and culture resources.
- Write and edit executive communications, town hall scripts, company announcements, and FAQs.
- Build scalable communications infrastructure, including editorial calendars, playbooks, measurement frameworks, and operating rhythms.
- Coordinate with the broader Internal Communications team and cross-functional partners to align People messaging with the company narrative.
- Use data, employee insights, and responsible AI-enabled workflows to measure impact, scale work, and improve efficiency, cost, and quality.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in internal communications, strategic communications, change communications, or product marketing.
- Experience advising C-suite or VP-level leaders on complex, high-stakes messaging.
- Proven ability to produce executive-level content that drives measurable engagement or adoption outcomes.
- Strong writing, editing, and narrative-development skills.
- Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness, including the ability to challenge decisions, influence stakeholders, and build trust with senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across senior stakeholders while maintaining a coordinated communications strategy.
- Experience building scalable communications processes, systems, and measurement frameworks from scratch.
- Ability to use generative AI responsibly with appropriate human oversight.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $205,785–$242,100 USD.
- Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
