## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on complex deals.
- Specialize in the RMG/prediction industry and demonstrate a deep understanding of its market and customer needs.
- Drive revenue through client engagement, communicate product value, and manage client relationships to support growth.
- Manage ambitious quotas, exceed sales targets, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Build relationships through face-to-face engagement with clients and prospects.
- Drive complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and vendor review processes, including legal, security, and procurement.
- Mentor junior professionals through guidance, support, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to execute client initiatives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to anticipate client needs and address challenges proactively.
- Use AI tools to prioritize named accounts, tailor retail-specific pitch angles, and prepare for multi-stakeholder meetings.

## Requirements

- 10+ years of sales or account management experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
- Experience selling to enterprise brands in the RMG/prediction market.
- Deep understanding of digital media and advertising, including CTV advertising and customer or agency engagement.
- Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or supporting tools, including work with major agencies.
- Experience driving complex deal cycles involving legal, security, procurement, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex client relationships.
- Comfort discussing digital media with customers and agencies.
- Comfort using AI for account research, pipeline strategy, and executive-ready narratives while validating outputs against authoritative internal and partner data.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

## Nice-to-Haves

- MBA or advanced degree in business or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise clients or agencies, complex accounts, and large budgets.
- Certifications or training in digital advertising platforms, performance marketing, or related disciplines.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Base salary: **$126,322–$260,074 USD**.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.

- The role requires in-office collaboration 1–2 times per week and must be based within commuting distance of the New York office.
