## Job Description

## What you'll do
- Uncover retention and growth drivers by leveraging exploratory analytical techniques
- Dive into our data to discover insights on player behavior across different cohorts, segments, and stages of the user lifecycle
- Communicate findings, collect feedback from peers, business, and product partners
- Work with business, product, and engineering teams to plan, design, ship, and evaluate experiments/A/B tests, and communicate their results and impact
- Work directly in BigQuery to extract truths and trends that inform and guide business and product decisions
- Collaborate with analysts and data scientists in building scalable and reproducible analyses
- Develop tools and best practices to ensure high data quality and identify/prevent errors before they reach production datasets

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics
- Experience collaborating with others to plan, design, ship, and evaluate large-scale product experiments
- Experience with BigQuery, Python, Jupyter, Airflow
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fully distributed team
- Prioritizes relationships with colleagues and partners
- Enjoys mentoring and guiding others
- Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
- Experience in coaching and mentoring others in both craft and effective communication
