## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Review incoming cash, wires, and checks in the trust accounting system.
- Process daily corrections at the plan and participant levels.
- Work with sub-custodians to settle mutual fund, stable value fund, and ETF trades from booking through settlement.
- Respond to complex operational correction issues for internal teams.
- Identify and resolve cash and share-balance discrepancies.
- Oversee completion of team-member action items.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet expected timelines.
- Create and maintain written operating procedures for assigned functions.
- Oversee and audit record-keeping and plan-administration components.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of team projects.
- Investigate, reconcile, and remediate data discrepancies.

## Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting with a strong academic record.
- Strong aptitude for numbers and understanding of cash and traditional securities reconciliations.
- Proactive, analytical problem-solving skills and ability to propose solutions.
- Strong organization, dependability, prioritization, and client-expectation management skills.
- High-level proficiency with Excel.
- Strong written communication and critical-thinking skills.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, or Jira.
- Understanding of trading and settlement for mutual funds, stable value funds, and ETFs.
- Familiarity with custodial platforms such as Matrix or Schwab.
- General knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements.
- Experience with compliance or record-keeping systems such as SunGard Relius, ASC, or FIS.
- Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or higher ASPPA credentials.
- Relevant record-keeper experience.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually.
- Eligible for the company bonus pool and new-hire equity.
