## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Actively coach, develop, and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers.
- Recruit, retain, and grow a high-performing team while balancing resources effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and use market knowledge to develop the team and refine go-to-market strategy.
- Provide guidance on account planning, partnership growth, and commercial execution.
- Represent the interests of the UK business internally by championing sales narratives and initiatives aligned with client needs.
- Partner with Enablement, Measurement, Insights, Creative Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to support the team and unlock client growth.
- Generate revenue growth by expanding partnerships with major brands and agencies.
- Navigate complex partnerships spanning multiple lines of business, brands, and priorities.
- Build and cultivate senior client and agency relationships, advocating for Reddit and the team with executive stakeholders.
- Craft and execute a strategy that enables the team to exceed revenue targets.
- Advise sales leadership and product management on market opportunities, sales positioning, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
- Develop a deep understanding of Reddit’s advertising platform and translate client and market feedback into product and revenue growth opportunities.
- Represent Reddit in the UK market and elevate the company’s presence with advertisers, agencies, and industry partners.

## Requirements

- 10–15+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or marketing.
- 3+ years of people management experience within sales.
- Deep expertise in digital media, particularly paid social.
- A track record of mentoring others and fostering career growth.
- Experience navigating complex organizations and engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Deep functional knowledge and industry expertise.
- Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiation and strategic partnership management.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to connect market trends, client needs, and platform capabilities to actionable business opportunities.
- Experience with both brand and direct-response marketing objectives.
