## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Prospect and conduct outreach to high-profile restaurant prospects; prepare briefs and represent Fetch at industry events.
- Convert prospects and partners into long-term strategic relationships and secure revenue commitments.
- Communicate Fetch’s value proposition and advertising products to mid- and executive-level stakeholders.
- Grow accounts from initial tests to full partnerships using data-backed recommendations and AI-enabled planning.
- Analyze datasets and use dashboards, market intelligence platforms, and campaign optimization tools to generate insights.
- Develop strategic playbooks, best practices, onboarding tools, and AI-enabled sales processes.
- Create, test, and refine strategic pitches to address complex sales challenges and unlock revenue opportunities.
- Forecast quarterly and annual business performance, develop gap-to-quota plans, and manage pipeline risk.
- Maintain Salesforce data quality and pipeline records.
- Partner with Industry Leads, Account Managers, and leadership on multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Coach peers, mentor others, contribute to hiring, and help shape team culture and structure.
- Surface partner feedback, industry trends, process inefficiencies, and scalable workflow improvements.
- Manage complex partner-account structures and use LinkedIn or ZoomInfo to drive executive buy-in.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or a related field.
- Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
- Strong organizational, execution, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and outcome-driven media solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Experience in client verticals.
- Experience analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional experience with implementation, analytics, or sales teams.
- Familiarity with AI decision-support tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini AI.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier.
- Comfort working in dynamic or evolving environments.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $135,000–$159,000.
- On-target earnings: $236,250–$278,250, excluding accelerators and sales plan incentive funds.
- Equity for full-time employees.
