## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for broker AI product lines alongside the founders.
- Drive end-to-end execution with engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
- Ship quickly, iterate, and deliver measurable results.
- Establish product standards and processes for scoping, prioritization, launches, and learning as the product and team scale.

## Requirements
- History of building high-impact, category-defining products.
- Experience as a 1→10 builder who thrives in ambiguity, works from first principles, and makes fast, high-judgment decisions.
- Experience working with data in an AI-first environment.
- Experience working with customers, scaling adoption, and guiding customers through change management.
- Systems thinker with strong customer instincts, comfortable using both ground-truth insights and data.
- Owner with a founder’s mindset who operates close to the work and maintains a high bar.
