## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of LangChain’s products with technical teams at innovative companies.
- Source, qualify, and close outbound deals.
- Help customers discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain’s solutions.
- Build relationships with prospects and customers while contributing to go-to-market efforts.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Develop understanding of GenAI technology, customer businesses, and sales practices.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role; SaaS or technology experience preferred.
- Strong track record of sourcing, qualifying, and closing outbound deals.
- Ability to execute with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, solution-oriented, self-starting, and resourceful approach.
