## Job Description

## The impact you will have:
- Work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
- Lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks.
- Implement the technical strategy in the account.
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
- Gain respect of peers based on experience, insight, and contributions.

## What we look for:
- Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to success.
- Experience working very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts.
- Form relationships with executives and influencers.
- Present convincing point-of-view to decision-makers.
- Technical in **big data**, **data science**, and **cloud**.
- Ability in data-driven business transformation.
- Programming experience in **Python**, **SQL**, or **Scala**.
- Can travel up to 35% when needed.
- **Bachelor's Degree** in computer science or related field.
