## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Architect the B2B marketing approach, including landscape and audience analysis and selection of effective marketing channels and methods.
- Develop B2B positioning and messaging architectures for enterprise, payor, and partnership audiences.
- Build and own integrated campaign roadmaps, defining objectives and execution plans.
- Serve as the liaison between B2B business owners and the brand and marketing team, ensuring partner support and brand alignment.
- Partner with creative, product, product marketing, lifecycle, research, data, and other stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Develop insights and write creative briefs that translate complex business needs into direction for creative teams.
- Facilitate campaign kickoffs, strategic working sessions, and creative reviews.
- Ensure creative output aligns with broader brand strategy while addressing B2B audience needs.
- Implement scalable planning and communication rhythms to keep partners aligned and work moving efficiently.
- Evaluate campaign performance with analytics and refine messaging strategy to improve business impact.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand planning, or integrated marketing.
- Meaningful B2B marketing experience, ideally across agency and in-house environments.
- Strong familiarity with B2B dynamics, including longer sales cycles, hard-to-reach audiences, and seasonality.
- Track record developing positioning and messaging for B2B audiences.
- Experience writing creative briefs, developing messaging frameworks, and translating complex business needs into strategic narratives.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving organizations and building trust without direct authority.
- Strategic and hands-on approach to developing vision and executing plans.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and passion for building consistent, purposeful brands.

## Nice to Have
- Agency and client-side experience.
- Multisided marketplace or healthcare experience.

- Base compensation: **$161,000–$197,000 USD annually**.
