## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Meet with potential customers, deeply understand their problems, and assess whether Webflow is a good fit.
- Build a sales pipeline with heavy outbound focus.
- Create and drive outbound opportunities through account planning/POVs, partnering with SDR and cold messaging.
- Drive the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to close.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts.
- Negotiate annual or multi-year software contracts.
- Position and communicate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, education and engineering to execute sales strategy.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to build high-quality onboarding and customer experiences.
- Travel up to 25% - primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience closing complex SaaS deals, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and decision-making processes.
- Proven ability to balance outbound pipeline generation with active deal execution.
- Strong track record of running thorough, consultative discovery, uncovering business, technical, and organizational needs.
- Demonstrated success closing $75k+ ACV opportunities.

- Passion or interest in the no-code space.
- Knowledge of or interest in web design, development, or Webflow products.

## Compensation
**On-Target Earnings (OTE)**
- United States: $195,000 - $230,000 (includes base + commission target)
- Canada (ON): $225,500 - $265,000 CAD (includes base + commission target)

Additional compensation may include equity (RSUs), company bonus, 401(k) with 100% match up to $6,000/year, comprehensive health benefits, wellness stipends, flexible vacation, parental leave, and more.
