## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across APAC and Canada, from sourcing through offer and close.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage technical talent across engineering, QA, product, and related functions.
- Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools.
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against role requirements, technical experience, and team fit.
- Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure a consistent candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams to improve interview processes and hiring decisions.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across Canada and APAC for technical roles.
- Experience recruiting and hiring contract talent across APAC, including familiarity with regional hiring practices and talent markets.
- Strong hiring-manager partnership and recruiting-strategy skills.
- Proven sourcing, proactive outreach, networking, candidate assessment, and communication skills.
- Strong focus on candidate experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
