> The Supply Acquisition Coordinator will recruit, onboard, and support a high-quality network of technical interviewers while improving acquisition processes and funnel performance. ## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Execute interviewer acquisition activities, including sourcing, outreach, and onboarding, to support supply growth goals.
- Use AI-powered tools to support screening and improve candidate quality within the funnel.
- Coordinate with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations to improve recruitment efficiency and interviewer conversion rates.
- Track and report on key supply acquisition metrics, including funnel conversion, time-to-onboard, candidate quality, and retention trends.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and documentation within applicant tracking and workflow management systems.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements that increase recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking and workflow management tools; Greenhouse preferred.
- Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to building scalable processes and improving operational outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach to candidate engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced English proficiency (CEFR B2 or higher), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
