## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build trust with customers through regular engagement from sales handoff through value realization.
- Create implementation plans outlining customer goals and required activities; review progress and adapt plans as needed.
- Cultivate customer champions and expand their knowledge of Fieldguide.
- Advocate for customers across Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Communicate customer needs internally to help shape the product roadmap, processes, and onboarding programs.
- Identify success risks proactively and develop action plans to mitigate them.
- Document customer value through case studies, use cases, and success metrics.
- Track customer progress against adoption plans and measure value realization over time.

## Requirements
- At least **2 years of experience in financial audit or assurance**.
- At least **3 years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar field**.
- Experience at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup preferred.
- Strong consulting skills and a record of driving business value for customers as a trusted advisor.
- Project management proficiency, including prioritizing and managing multiple customers, projects, and requests with limited oversight.
- Ability to professionally solve problems while managing multiple customers.
- Executive presence and ability to influence change.
- Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
- Bias toward action and ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Collaborative, mission-first approach.
