## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Use data to shape Pinterest’s product adoption strategy, translate data into insights and action, communicate recommendations, and update creative best practices.
- Develop product and marketing measurement plans, learning agenda, and goals to maximize learning and deliver actionable insights.
- Lead end-to-end experimentation from designing, setting up, to reporting on campaign/test performance across business, behavioral, product adoption, and channel metrics.
- Build and maintain central reporting dashboards for product lifecycle, GTM performance, and in-product marketing impact.
- Socialize actionable insights with cross-functional partners to inform decisions and planning.
- Establish best practices and center of excellence on product marketing measurement.

## Requirements
- 8+ years analyzing data in fast-paced, data-driven environment (e.g., consumer tech).
- Expert in **SQL** or **Python**/**R**; experience with analytical tools/dashboards like **Tableau** or **Apache Superset**.
- Experienced in global product/marketing measurement frameworks, **A/B tests**, **multivariate tests**, data-driven user segmentation, funnel analysis.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, scrappy problem solver, comfortable with technical work and self-serve tooling.
- Strong communication skills for engineers, PMMs, and executives.
- High-energy team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Aptitude to scale team processes and influence organization.
- Graduate degree in quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) or equivalent.
