## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature delivery for the corporate training offering.
- Partner with enterprise sales, engineering, and customer success to understand business-customer needs, including learning platforms, analytics, reporting, and learner success.
- Translate requirements such as learning analytics dashboards, usage reporting, custom learning paths, LMS integrations, and data privacy/security needs into product specifications for engineering and design.
- Build prototypes to validate product ideas and test product-market fit; create engineering and design handoff artifacts.
- Support enterprise sales cycles by joining customer calls, scoping custom requests, and representing the product roadmap to B2B accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and curriculum product teams to ship features for enterprise buyers, corporate learners, and B2C learners.

## Requirements
- 0-to-1 product mindset, with the ability to build a revenue stream as the first dedicated B2B product manager.
- AI fluency and the ability to code, with strong conceptual understanding of AI technologies or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly.
- Familiarity with AI-powered coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, including experience building or prototyping software for personal or professional use.
- Technical proficiency to prototype and scope features, understand technical requirements, and communicate effectively with engineers.
- Understanding of B2B buyers’ and learners’ needs, decision criteria, and pressures.
- Ability to prioritize work and investment using data.

## Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and passion for AI-powered education.
- Experience in edtech, corporate learning and development, or workforce upskilling products.
- Experience running or supporting enterprise sales cycles, such as pre-sales or solutions engineering.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $150,000–$170,000 annually.
