## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct customer research and discovery.
- Write product requirements documents (PRDs).
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ship features end-to-end.
- Analyze metrics and make data-informed decisions.
- Develop go-to-market strategy and launch plans.

## Requirements
- 6–10 years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience shipping multiple features end-to-end.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytics experience.
- Customer research and user empathy.
- BTech in computer science or a related field.

## Nice-to-haves
- Product management experience at high-growth SaaS companies with 50–500 employees.
- Experience with platform or API products.
- AI/ML product experience.
- Enterprise sales support and go-to-market experience.
- Analytics and A/B testing expertise.
