## Job Description

## What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, and product
- Build outbound sourcing pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles
- Drive hiring strategy with founders and hiring managers
- Run tight, efficient processes (screen → onsite → close)
- Close top candidates in competitive markets
- Track funnel metrics and improve conversion at every stage
- Own and optimize tools (ATS, sourcing, interview workflows)

## What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of technical recruiting in fast-growing startups
- Strong operator: you build pipelines, not wait for them
- Proven track record closing high-quality engineering talent
- Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and high hiring bars
- Hands-on with tools like **Ashby**, **LinkedIn Recruiter**, etc.

## Compensation
- OTE: $175-225k
- Actual salary based on job-related skills, experience, and location
