## Job Description

## What You'll Do
- **Lead Deployments:** Architect and execute technical integrations for new healthcare partners, customizing platform to fit unique workflows and legacy systems.
- **Bridge the Gap:** Build robust data pipelines to securely ingest clinical data and synchronize with AI services.
- **Communication Infrastructure:** Configure and optimize voice and messaging channels for reliable patient engagement across telephony networks.
- **Cross-functional Work:** Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate partner needs into technical execution.
- Other duties as assigned.

## Who You Are

**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- **Proven Engineering Experience:** 5+ years experience shipping production-grade software in modern cloud environments. Comfortable across the stack (APIs, databases, infrastructure).
- **Data & Security Fluency:** Experience handling sensitive data with security-first mindset and familiarity with compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts and translate ambiguous needs into requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- **Integration Expertise:** Deep experience with data ingestion, API interoperability, and third-party integrations.
- **AI/LLM Curiosity:** Practical experience or interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) in production.
