## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source talent across Rillet’s go-to-market organization, initially focused on post-sales.
- Identify exceptional talent pools and develop creative ways to reach candidates.
- Build market maps and research companies, backgrounds, and talent pools.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand candidate requirements.
- Write thoughtful, personalized outreach to engage candidates.
- Use data and experimentation to improve sourcing strategies.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or a startup environment.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to personalize outreach.
- Comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter and interest in continuing to build sourcing skills.
- Curious, resourceful, organized, coachable, low-ego, and comfortable working quickly.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience sourcing go-to-market, post-sales, accounting, or finance talent.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000–$110,000, depending on location and applicable compensation tier.
- Eligible for equity and benefits.
