## Job Description

## What You Will Do

### Financial Institutions – BD & Advisory
- Build and manage a structured pipeline of target financial institutions — banks, exchanges, clearing houses, asset managers, and market infrastructure providers (e.g., CME, ICE/NYSE, DTCC, Nasdaq) — tracking each organization across stages of engagement: awareness, evaluation, pilot, and committed.
- Develop deep, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers at major financial institutions, focusing on blockchain strategy, digital assets, and infrastructure decisions.
- Cultivate internal champions within each target institution and build coalitions across stakeholders.
- Develop and execute an advisor and influencer strategy — identifying and engaging consulting firms, advisors, and intermediaries that shape institutional chain selection.
- Maintain a real-time view of which institutions are evaluating competing chains, and develop sharp positioning for why Monad is the better fit.
- Build Monad's presence in forums, working groups, and industry bodies.
- Develop and maintain Monad's institutional narrative.

### MON Ecosystem & Institutional Communications
- Own the operational cadence of institutional communications: drafting regular ecosystem updates and preparing materials for calls/meetings.
- Monitor sentiment across institutional channels and surface insights internally.
- Manage the logistics and follow-through of institutional relationships.

## What We Are Looking For

### Background
- 6-10 years of experience in financial institution partnerships, institutional BD, management consulting with a financial services focus, or crypto infrastructure.
- Direct exposure to how large financial institutions evaluate, procure, and adopt new technology infrastructure.
- Existing relationships within financial institutions, consulting firms, or the institutional crypto ecosystem.

### Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Familiarity with token markets and institutional investor behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Analytical sharpness to track competitive dynamics across chains.
