## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Translate Celonis Academy training materials, including courses, hands-on exercises, and exams, from English into Korean.
- Review and post-edit machine-translated training materials.
- Perform linguistic quality and functionality checks based on learner feedback.
- Maintain and update language-specific tools, including translation memory, glossaries, and related documentation.
- Provide input and feedback to continuously improve translation processes.

## Requirements
- Native-speaker-level proficiency in English and Korean.
- Study in translation, linguistics, communication, or a similar field.
- Ability to work in a structured manner and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships.
- Learner-centered approach.
- Availability to work part-time for at least six months from September 2026 onward.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Thought Industries.
- Experience with Translation Management Systems such as Transifex, Smartling, GlobalLink, or SDLX.
