## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and execution for a portfolio of lower-funnel ad formats, custom browser and post-click optimizations, and format foundations.
- Collaborate with Ads Product Managers to understand dependencies and prioritize work across the team.
- Partner with User Experience Design and Research to develop and launch Reddit-specific ad experiences.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategy, market feedback, and product launches.
- Improve existing ad formats to optimize user experiences and outcomes for brand advertisers.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of direct product management experience leading ads monetization products.
- Experience driving products or features from inception through launch.
- Experience shipping improvements to ad formats, browser experiences, or ad optimization products.
- Experience building product roadmaps, defining product specifications, and developing collaborative cross-functional processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience using quantitative analysis and experimentation to drive product and business decisions.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with advertising products, including pre-click and post-click format optimization.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $217,000–$303,900 USD.
