## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Partner with Leaders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers across the Product-Led Growth Go-To-Market organization.
- Provide guidance on performance, team dynamics, and people decisions.
- Help leaders navigate growth, change, and organizational complexity.

### Support Performance and Talent
- Support performance cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
- Partner with People team members on talent reviews, internal mobility, and team transitions.
- Identify retention risks and support leaders in addressing them.

### Manage Employee Relations
- Triage and resolve employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Guide managers on sensitive people matters and ensure appropriate escalation when needed.

### Enable Managers
- Coach managers through feedback, performance conversations, conflict resolution, and other leadership challenges.
- Provide practical tools and frameworks that help managers lead effectively.

### Drive Operational Excellence
- Track and manage employee cases and requests using ClickUp.
- Identify patterns in employee questions or issues and recommend improvements to people processes.
- Support the rollout of people programs across the organization.

### Lead AI Transformation
- Use AI tools, including ClickUp Brain and AI Agents, for research, drafting, summarizing, and administrative processes.
- Build and maintain AI agents and automations that reduce repetitive people work.
- Coach managers on how AI affects role design, skill expectations, capacity planning, and team performance.
- Champion AI adoption across the organization.
- Monitor emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical improvements for developing and supporting employees.

## Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a People Business Partner, HRBP, or similar role.
- Experience supporting teams in high-growth or fast-paced environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- High judgment and discretion when handling sensitive issues.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Bias toward automating workflows and willingness to rethink how work gets done.

## Compensation
- Annual salary: $140,000–$180,000.
