## Job Description

## Executive Thought Leadership Content
- Develop and write blog posts, bylines, video scripts, and long-form pieces that build executives' individual points of view and reputations in security and open source communities.

## Customer Thought Leadership
- Work with Chainguard customers to develop content showcasing their industry leadership and use of Chainguard.

## Executive Social Presence
- Manage and write social content for the executive team, turning ideas, moments, and company news into authentic posts.

## Spokesperson Preparation
- Shape narratives, talking points, and prep materials for executives at external engagements like podcasts, events, and webinars.

## Narrative Translation
- Turn technical and strategic topics into compelling stories for developer, security, and business audiences.

## Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Events teams to ensure executive storytelling aligns with company narratives, launches, and campaigns.

## Content Operations
- Own the external content calendar for supported executives and manage the process end-to-end.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in executive communications, public relations, content/brand storytelling, journalism, or a related writing-intensive role (in-house experience a plus).
- Ability to manage content across multiple executives, channels, and deadlines.
- Strong storyteller with the instinct to identify and develop resonant narratives from news, customer moments, or executive ideas.
- Excellent writing and messaging skills, able to convey complex information clearly and compellingly.
- Comfort operating with confidence around senior executives, including pushing back when needed.
- Proven success in cross-functional, highly collaborative roles.
- Bonus: Experience in highly technical or developer-facing organizations.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $111,000 - $140,000 USD
- On-Target Earnings: $127,650 - $161,000
