## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build features that feel effortless to users and are easy for other engineers to extend.
- Balance business priorities, user experience, and a durable technical foundation.
- Track down production issues across the UI and backend.
- Raise the bar on quality and speed as web and mobile surfaces grow.
- Own features end-to-end, from interaction design and interface implementation through APIs, data models, shipping, measurement, and iteration.

## Requirements
- 3+ years building consumer-facing applications.
- Deep experience with React and React Native, plus sufficient backend experience to build features end-to-end.
- Fluency in TypeScript across the stack.
- Strong UI detail orientation and understanding of consumer UX across web and mobile.
- Track record of building fast, reusable interfaces at scale.
- Strong product and design judgment when working from rough direction.
- Strong ownership, communication, listening, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Motivation to build consumer products that shape how people behave.
