## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and build products that help healthcare practices manage the financial side of patient care.
- Own critical payments and revenue cycle experiences, including patient responsibility, payment collection, transaction reconciliation, and connections between payment activity and claims and remittance data.
- Navigate complex workflows involving patients, providers, payors, clearinghouses, and technology partners.
- Identify unmet customer needs, define product strategy, and build new capabilities from the ground up.
- Set long-term vision while partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, and go-to-market teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of healthcare practices’ financial workflows through customer research, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Define the long-term product vision and strategy for payments within Practice Solutions.
- Lead execution of complex products at scale.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience building B2B products.
- Meaningful product experience in healthcare insurance.
- Familiarity with healthcare claims and remittance workflows, including the ability to read and interpret 835 and 837 files.
- Experience working at a startup or early-stage company with high ownership, speed, ambiguity, and limited resources.
- Track record of taking complex products from zero to one through customer problem identification, strategy, validation, launch, and iteration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence senior stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for analytical problem solving.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Action-oriented, hands-on approach.
