## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Use open-source intelligence and collection tools to identify, assess, and monitor planned events and emerging risks across the Americas.
- Monitor demonstrations, protests, labor strikes, activist activity, and other events for potential impacts on business operations, employee safety, travel, and business continuity.
- Serve as the intelligence resource for the Americas, monitoring elections, political developments, civil unrest, labor activity, security incidents, organized crime and cartel-related trends, border and migration issues, transportation, and other regional developments.
- Research and synthesize information from multiple sources into timely intelligence alerts, assessments, situation reports, weekly briefs, and other intelligence products.
- Validate reporting, assess source credibility, and ensure products are accurate, relevant, timely, and actionable.
- Collaborate with the Global Intelligence Team to improve collection methodologies, analytical processes, coverage, and reporting.
- Work an agreed Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time shift, with occasional flexibility for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in intelligence analysis, strategic intelligence, geopolitical risk, security operations, international relations, risk analysis, or a related analytical field.
- Strong analytical judgment and decision-making skills in evolving, ambiguous, or time-constrained situations.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, concise, actionable intelligence.
- Strong research, synthesis, prioritization, and source-validation skills.
- Familiarity with open-source intelligence methodologies, social media monitoring, and intelligence collection tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain situational awareness across a broad geographic portfolio.
- Professional authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

## Nice to Have
- Professional Spanish reading proficiency.
- Portuguese proficiency.
- Experience monitoring or analyzing risk in the Americas.
