## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Translate ambiguous, technical customer feedback into product direction.
- Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, product marketers, and others to deliver and continually improve the product experience.
- Communicate product direction internally to sales and marketing, and externally to customers through sales conversations and the community.
- Work with founders and leadership to define product strategy for Census, Fivetran, and the broader data ecosystem.

## Requirements

- Proven record of delivering successful, innovative software products related to data or data infrastructure.
- Demonstrated understanding of data and operations personas.
- Experience managing a multifaceted product roadmap and collaborating directly with engineering and design teams to prioritize and execute a product vision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and drive strategy.
- Passion for working with technical customers to understand their challenges, improve products, and communicate product vision.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Annual compensation range: **$215,424–$269,280 USD**.
