## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Craft engaging documentation including user guides, API documentation, and onboarding materials.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and intuitive documentation for developers, customers, and internal teams.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to understand new features and translate them into high-quality documentation.
- Build and maintain documentation that evolves with the product, ensuring accuracy as features and APIs change.
- Improve developer experience by identifying documentation gaps, collecting user feedback, and continuously refining content.
- Establish documentation standards, templates, and best practices that scale with the company.
- Use visuals, diagrams, code examples, and modern documentation techniques to make technical concepts easier to understand.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another STEM-related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer supporting software products, APIs, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured, and engaging way.
- Comfortable reading technical documentation, APIs, JSON, and working closely with engineers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across a rapidly evolving product.
- Experience using modern documentation platforms such as Markdown, Git, GitHub, CMS platforms, Notion, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where priorities evolve and documentation often needs to be built from scratch.
- Strong collaboration skills and confidence working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer-facing teams.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Strong aesthetic sense and creative mindset for crafting compelling, visually appealing narratives.
- Experience with visuals, diagrams, and code examples in documentation.
