## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own adoption and engagement outcomes for products, including usage depth and bringing on new user cohorts.
- Serve as a public face for products across the progressive ecosystem through demos, trainings, conference panels, cycle kickoffs, and community discussions.
- Grow the user base by bringing on new users and introducing products to new audiences.
- Help users regularly find research and answers with the tools and incorporate products into their workflows.
- Build product stories for nonprofits, Senate and House campaigns, state parties, and advocacy organizations.
- Translate product capabilities into actionable language for campaign managers and communications directors.
- Conduct user research to understand adoption, stalled usage, and churn; translate insights into growth tactics, adoption messaging, and product recommendations.
- Create and maintain one-pagers, case studies, and training decks.
- Build email and lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement, product adoption, and customer acquisition.
- Manage marketing metrics and analytics, set targets, and report progress against acquisition and engagement goals.

## Requirements
- Multiple election cycles working in Democratic or progressive politics, such as campaigns, committees, independent expenditures, labor, advocacy, or consulting firms serving them.
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, adoption, or a client-facing role with direct ownership of product usage.
- Strong ability to explain complex products clearly to busy audiences.
- Understanding of software development from ideation through beta and launch, with the ability to distinguish messaging problems from product problems.
- Familiarity with survey research, including reading crosstabs and explaining message testing without overclaiming.
- Comfort representing products in panels, client meetings, trainings, and conferences.
- Experience actively experimenting with AI tools and building useful AI-assisted workflows.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguous problems and changing election-cycle rhythms.
- Authorization to work lawfully in the United States.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: **$120,000–$180,000 annually**, commensurate with experience.
