## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Turn product and customer insight into customer stories, tools, reports, courses, and community content.
- Become an expert on the business models and customer types Evervault serves, including how customers operate and use the product.
- Interview customers and identify compelling stories and creative ways to tell them.
- Work with customer success and solutions engineering to understand target segments and customer needs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to connect customer research with technically possible solutions.
- Create blogs, social posts, customer workshops, YouTube videos, learning modules, benchmark tools, and other content formats.
- Communicate how customers use Evervault and how they can get more value from it.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience.
- Background in product, product marketing, developer work, technical writing, or solutions engineering.
- Technical competence, ideally through a computer science or mechanical engineering background or hobby development experience.
- Exceptional English writing and speaking skills.
- A journalistic mindset and the ability to ask probing questions.
- High creativity and the ability to communicate ideas in engaging formats.
