## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Applied's AHS across strategic site operators, including Associated Terminals, Heidelberg Materials, and Freeport Mining.
- Develop and run a New Product Introduction (NPI) process with clear execution gateways from initial production through subsequent field releases.
- Own regular steering committees with site operators, including preparing materials, running meetings, and securing delivery sign-off.
- Align workstream leads across Engineering, Finance, Quality, Product Support, Procurement, and Legal on gateway goals and hold them accountable for execution.
- Build executive-level relationships with site operators and serve as a trusted advisor through production and beyond.
- Prioritize the right work at the right time and maintain high quality across every gateway and release.

## Requirements
- 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in automotive, industrial, or robotics domains.
- Experience running or building a formal NPI or gated development process.
- Experience owning delivery to an external customer at production scale.
- Strong communication skills and a track record of driving alignment across engineering, quality, and business functions.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in mining, construction, ports, or industrial site operations.
- Experience in autonomous vehicle or robotics development.
- Experience running steering committees or executive-level program reviews.
